Short Description: Albumin print - Runkel's Band - Youth Band
Long Description: Albumin print of band of fourteen members on the steps of a large, columned building. Instruments are mixed piston and rotary horns, rope tension bass drum and snare drum. In military style band uniforms and shakos with dark plumes. Most of the players are boys. 4th quarter 19th century. Bass drum reads: "Runkel's Band, Office, 430 Third St." Donated by Fred Benkovic, Brookfield, WI.
