Short Description: Tintype - Federal Musician w/OTS Alto Horn
Long Description: 1/4 plate tintype. Unidentified bearded Federal soldier in dark frock coat and pants. Seated, holding an over-the-shoulder alto horn with Allen-style rotary valves. Mounted in a gold mat that probably was once in a case. Photographed in front of plain backdrop or wall. Probably 1860's. Donated by Fred Benkovic, Brookfield, WI.
