Short Description: Daguerreotype - Bb Bass Player
Long Description: 1/4 plate daguerreotype. Unidentified man in band or militia uniform, hat with plume, with scarf or cravat. Holding a bell-up Bb bass horn with Berlin valves. No plate markings. Plain gold mat. Probably mid 1840's to mid 1850's. Donated by Fred Benkovic, Brookfield, WI.
